Your Upcoming Sound Healing Session – Important Info

Thank you for booking a sound healing session with me! I’m so excited to guide you on this journey of relaxation, healing, and inner harmony.

Here’s a little information to help you prepare for the session:

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.

• Bring a blanket or cushion for extra comfort if you wish.

• Stay hydrated before and after the session to support your body’s natural healing process.

• If you have any medical conditions (e.g., pacemaker, pregnancy, or sensitivity to sound), please let me know in advance so I can adjust the session accordingly.)

The session will be held at: Markwell Studio, Link Road, Bishops Stortford, East Herts, CM23 2EL

Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
