Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to countries listed below:

  • United Kingdom

If you live outside of the above countries and would like to order from our site, please send us a message here and we will contact you as soon as we can with the relevant delivery charge.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days via tracked standard second class Hermes delivery or tracked international Hermes delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! To buy our e-gift card, please click here. Please note, our e-gift cards, are only valid to use online and will be sent to you electronically via email.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please contact us.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

We do our very best to package your items with the best care and expect them to arrive to you in perfect condition, however if unfortunately your item(s) have arrived damaged or faulty, please send a message via the Contact Us form or email hello@freespiritcrazydiamond.com within 30 days of receipt along with your name, order number, and images you can provide of the faulty/damaged item(s), so we can support you further.
