Palo Santo

£5.00

The Palo Santo – its name meaning in Spanish literally means ‘Holy Wood’ – is a sacred tree typically found in South America, in areas such as Peru and Ecuador. For thousands of years, the wood, resin, and oil have been used for medicinal purposes. Palo Santo is traditionally used as a natural remedy for colds and flu, as well as symptoms of stress. It is also known to relieve asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, and reduce inflammation.

Palo Santo is said to cleanse the negative energy away and bring in the good. It's got a fresh smell that's sweet and subtle with hints of mint and citrus.

Sustainably harvested from naturally downed trees.

+ Contains: 3 sticks per bundle

+ Each bundle comes with a small description card printed on recycled paper

  2. Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle.

  3. Let the stick burn for 30 seconds.

  4. Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn or move around the space, spreading the smoke to cleanse.

± CAUTION: A lit stick should not be left burning while unattended, and care should be used when extinguishing smoldering sticks.
